    According to the Ring website Nonito was in the top 10(can't remember exactly maybe number 7 or 8 or something) and Montiel was number 10. I don't think Ortiz is in the top 15 maybe top 20 now.

    Of course he'd make the top 10, because he'd achieved probably the best win of the decade, or close to it.

    all the top 10 p4p's dominate their opponents at one point or another, victor ortiz does not dominate as much as a top 10 p4per should thats why he is probably high teens right now.
