maybe beat michael katsidis or juan diaz then he would be considered better then tito.

None of the above. Probably a hair behind Cotto still. Frankly, up to this point, he hasn't faced even close to the level of opposition that Cotto or Tito had at this point in their careers, so he'd have to do more to catch up.
