If he does that it'll be similar to the run tito had when he beat DLH, reid, vargas and joppy... add chris john to the list and i'll put him right up there with tito and if he goes on and wins a title at 130 and 135 then i'll put him at the #1 puertorrican fighter of all time but lets wait and see that's a lot of ifs and it looks like dreaming right now

    :hat

vic and donaire would have to move up, id give the power advantage to juanma easy.

they are not the purest of boxers either. you make it sound like he has no chance

I dont see Vic doing anything against the superior boxer in Juanma. You have an arguement with Nonito however but again I see Juanma Koing him. A Chris John victory however on top of the other three would definitely elevate him above Tito and I'm a huge Tito fan. But it would mean that Juanma has won really every major fight in his career. Tito did not do that.

To call him a fraud like a Margarito is completely baseless though.

It's hard to say because Tito beat alot of very good fighters that had Tito not been around they could of probably been greats themselves. For example like Yory Boy Campas who was 56-0 and dropped Tito before being ko'd himself. Fernando Vargas, David Reid, and alot of very good fighters. Oscar didn't lose to Tito and that's where I think Tito's stock falls for me. That was supposed to be his most important win and he got exposed, as did Oscar, but Tito looked the loser in that fight.

I think John is very underrated in his division and even in his loss to Marquez, because Marquez did get robbed, John held his own in that fight and made it a close fight. I think John has what it takes to upset Caballero, Gamboa, and Juanma, but if Juanma is able to beat those guys, I would have him on par with Tito. If Juanma is able to beat a Donaire, afterwards, I'd definitely have him higher than Tito.

Well, Gamboa still needs to really prove himself against top opposition, at this point he's still developing and climbing up the ranks. But if he beats Marquez and Caballero, I'll put him up there with Cotto but behind Tito, so he'll need a little more to surpass Tito status.

  14. How is it baseless? Trinidad was caught doing the same thing as Margarito.
