IDK, Tito might be rated higher than Cotto, but I'll always have more respect for Cotto. That deal about Tito's wraps has been brought up many times and the thing is why would Hopkins bring this up if he was the one that beat the krud out of Tito? He has nothing to benefit from this so why would he bring this up? Tito's always been abit shady to me.
