Would you rather have Muhammad Ali's speed or Mike Tyson's power?

In the current division. POWER. Size does matter.

Tyson was not slow, he was fast in his prime. I suggest you watch his fights. Ali was fast, but he did not have the power that Tyson did. Ali had a good jab and straight right, but he did not have a left hook.

Ali had speed but he didnt set his weight down when he punched. He was fast and without great power due to this one aspect, He had his moments when he di sit down on them....just not often enough to do great damage.

Tyson was lightning fast and set his weight down on his punches.

Dont forgwt that styles make fights what they are and there is always a style that can undo another.

Thats where Mayweathers ability to adjust to many differing styles comes into play.

If you were to ask how would I go about bringing Floyds style down i would ask which particular style? he has many. he has become a true champion by being better than others at whatever style of fighting they bring to the ring.

Wlad's power eeks out Ali's speed. Tyson's power a distant third.

Tyson had immense speed for a hw, arguably more speed than Ali. Ali had by far the more superior boxing fundamentals. Tyson's ko power would be my choice of attribute.

  8. How fast would Prime Ali be today and not in a era where Jason Gavern would be unbeaten P4P #1?

Pretty easy decision really because speed was a big factor in the power of Tyson so choosing Tyson would give you 1 punch KO power and speed just short of Ali.

Tyson was fast when he fought junkies, alcoholics, and wierdo's who stood in front him in a daze. Ali was on a different planet to the useless Tyson in skill, ring IQ, and footwork. Look what he did to the other Cus D'Amato trained peek a boo idiot. Same style just didn't hit as hard.
