With the Iggy/Wlad fight almost here, the Wlad nuthuggers are coming out in full force, many of them believe this is Wlads defining fight or that Sultan is somehow the number 2 or 3 guy out there. I myself feel theres other oppenents out there I would much rather see Wlad fight, other than Sultan. So my question to you is, What fighter or fighters would you rather see Wlad fight in place of Iggy?

Actually for me I do want to see him fight Ibragimov. Granted there may be other opponents out there but the Ibragimov fight does intrigue me. I just wonder whether this fight has come to soon for Sultan into his reign. I'm just glad we have got a unification fight.

I'd prefer Chagaev, Peter or Maskaev.
But these guys are not available.
I'm glad we'll get to see a unification fight, although I think it will be a mismatch.
    Wlad by brutal KO.

He's trying to Unify the Belts - so as long as he's fighting top contenders or any belt holder - I'm cool with that. There's not a big name that you can call out in that Division - he's beaten most of the other names anyway.

Heres my list of fighters I think would give Wlad not only a more Competitive fight, but a more exciting one for fans as well.
    1. Sam Peter
    2. Ruslan Chagaev
    3. Valuev
    4. Povetkin
    5. Iggy/Virchis

no matter what Wlad does you **** on it...so what's the difference...if he fought Valuev you would cry and say he's avoiding unification.

the HW division is so mediocre, there are no exciting fights. I thought the potential Ibragimov-Chagaev fight would have been much more interesting than Iggy v Wlad. How about Valuev v. Shannon Briggs? That would be exciting. lol.

This is the first unification fight in the heavweight division since Lewis was fighting. Be grateful, dont criticise.

Wlad and Ibragimov deserve huge credit for putting their titles on the line, rather than making mandatory defences.

I dont care who Wlad fights so long as it is one of the major belt holders, and he is building up his collection.

Start a poll and ask who do you think will win Wlad or Iggy, I bet Iggy gets no more than 5 votes, Im guessing 90% are going with Wlad by brutal knockout. I never seen a unification fight so one sidded since Tyson fought spinks, and thats the truth. At least if Wlad fought Valuev it would be a challenge for him to try and knockout the giant, I would put up one month avatar bet with you that more people think Valuev has a better chance of beating Wlad, than Iggy Beating Wlad.

    2. Ibragimov
    3. Maskaev
    4. Valuev
    5. Gomez

No Lie - I would like to see Wlad flatten the Giant Valuev. I think he's the only one that can probabaly do it.

This would be the Biggest Heavyweight fight in History - and I mean the Biggest as far as size of the competitors.

Seriously...what's the justification for a 2nd Peter fight? Wlad one a clear & unanimous decision the first time, what's going to change the 2nd time around? Nothing. And then add in Peter's subpar performance against McCline, and you have even less credible argument to make that fight.

The only reason people want to give Peter a second chance is b/c he's a heavy hitter & they hope he can knock out Wlad. That's it. It's not based on skill or merit or an unfair decision in the first fight.

There is no reason for Wlad to fight Peter a second time.

The first fight was competitive and exciting, Peter only lost by 3 points on the judges scorecards, far from dominating performance for Wlad. Ask yourself this question, who was last oppenent give Wlad a fight in the ring, yes that would be that would be Sam Peter. Sam Peter has 2 of the 3 things needed to beat Wlad, aggression and Power, his chin is in question at the moment.

Iggy doesnt have any of the 3 things needed to beat Wlad, I really dont see how he can beat Wlad, do you?
