Until he proves me wrong I have to go with no. His resume doesnt translafe and neither do his skills. He's an overhyped big mouth, thats it. Im looking forward to Wlad exposi.g him, even at his advanced boxing age.

For the direct no's especially, can I ask who would be in your 10th spot that he'd have to prove better than? Like for me, and this is off the top of my head but showing the neighborhood I'm in, this would be my top ten:

    1. Byrd 1
    2. Povetkin
    3. Haye
    4. Chagaev
    5. Ibragimov
    6. Thompson 1
    7. Peter 1
    8. Byrd 2
    9. Chambers
    10. Jennings

That's of wins, with losses Sanders would be my number 2-5 somewhere, and Brewster 1 somewhere around 6? Something like that.

Waldo years ago after he sparred with Fury
praised him like he's done recently concerning
    Joshua...

That's why I take Waldos praises with a grain
of salt... Same comments he's made about Joshua
you can find being made about Fury years ago!!

    :hey

It is arguable. Given that some of the champs Wlad fought were shot, I have it:

    1. Byrd
    2. Povetkin
    3. Chagaev
    4. Haye
    5. Ibragimov
    6. Thompson
    7. Puelv
    8. McCline
    9. Peter
    10. Maybe Fury, Maybe Jennings, Maybe Chambers.

Needless to reiterate that Brewster, Mercer, and Rahmen don't make the list because they were shot.

Wow, we're pretty damn close. I thought I might be the only one who would rate Thompson above Peter. And I like the McCline shout. I actually did a thread on here asking of Fury was about the same level as McCliine. Can't remember but I don't think many were interested enough to compare them or didn't take it seriously-which it was.

McCline is vastly underrated. He has wins over Grant, Whit****r and Briggs.

Even at the end of his career when he was fighting for money, he knocked down Peter three time, broke Spzilka's jaw, and put poor Mago on the canvas in losing efforts. He easily could have been a titlist.

I think most would agree with you on Chambers. I like the guy and would still like to see him succeed, but even at his best he had that Michael Moorer thing where sometimes he just forgets that he is in a fight and cruises. It is ironically the reason why he could never be successful at crusier, where they are a little faster and throw more.

Hope there is still time for Eddie to find redemption.

Fury has never been in the ring with such a skilled fighter as Vlad. As far as Vlad's age goes, he is a young 39, never gets out of shape, does not drink, take drugs or eat bad food.......................Vlad could knock Fury out early, there is a reason for such..................

Possibly, but I think it's what Fury goes on to do after the loss (assuming he loses of course) that'll define that. He's still young for a HW remember

No, Fury's not among the best 10. Based on what he'd done so far, anyway.

Embarrassingly, Tyson Fury is one of Wlad's top ten best opponents.

Actual version of Tyson Fury is better or on par with late version of Vitali.

Beating Fury would be like beating the 40 y.o. Vitali

    Top 10 easy
