He should have taken the test. Why take a guy to court just cos he said something negative about you ?

  2. Floyd Sr and Jr are getting sued for defamation of character.

It was a campaign to cast doubt on Paccquiao great achievement so they could boosts Floyd, and thus take away his standing in the sport as well as revenue he could receive.

That money and Pacquiao good name has a price and the Mayweathers are going to have to pay for it.

IMO Pacquiao should walk away with 30-40 million

Pacquiao still wants to fight Floyd but he also wants what he is owed.

The Mayweathers should not break the law, but it seems to be in their nature.

Stupid question. Why would anyone sue a person for what another person said?

  5. Say if a group of people went around telling everyone you were a pedo, made videos about it, it got printed in the press and they would say stuff like I know he is one.

As a result you lost your job, your standing in your social group your relationship, would you sit back and do nothing, or would you sue for defamation of character.

I would prefer to fight him or make it 100% obvious to the world that he is the guy avoiding the fight.

I was actually pointing out the stupidity of the title. Pac is not suing Floyd Jr for what Sr. said as what the title implied. He is suing Jr. for what Jr. said.

:lol::lol: Almost all of his examples are so extreme and wrong it's scary..

  10. My bad:patsch

  11. Just an example why we have defamation laws.

Pacquiao may have become less marketable as a result and thus lost revenue and the damage it has done to his image which is marketable commodity.

I don't really think many people thought Manny Pacquaio was cheating at first even with Floyd SR/JR saying he does cheat.

It was only after Manny Pacquaio turned down 50/50 and 14 day cutoff date for blood testing that people then started to doubt.

At this stage Manny Pacquaio should have signed to fight taken the test prove he was clean and then no doubts would have been made about his career.

  13. If you have no evidence to make your accusations you are going to get sued.

That's is what the Mayweather's done, and not just one time, it was a campaign to diminish Pacquiao's achievements so Floyd's could be boosted.

Imagine a similar situation between Coke and Pespi.

Pacquiao should take millions in this one.

Not really bothered about the suing.

Still should have fought him though is all I am saying, when they were first meant to fight Manny Pacquaio was going to get 50/50 and 14 days cutoff period.

  15. They are separate issues, don't why the TS has grouped them together.
