Seeing as they were meant to have fought in the first place...does anyone think the outcome would have been different to that of the clottely fight?ino it probs wouldnt have ended as a TD but does anyone think zab would have beaten shane?
It would have been a more action packed fight. With more punches thrown & connected by both (less defensive) I was curious about's Judah Southpaw style Vs. Shane it's a real shame this fight did not go thru... (In the end it might be their downfall, sofar it has been) Let's see what happens to Mosley against Mayorga.
No. Zab is in the second tier at 147, below Mosely, Cotto, Margarito, and Clottey. But no one except the elite in boxings best division will beat Zab.
Quite possibly. (I cant really say, I didnt see the Clottey fight) Mentally prime Shane left us after what Forrest did to him, physically..well his prime was really at lightweight anyways but I think SSM could be on his way out. I thought this was a dangerous fight for Shane that he wasnt guaranteed of winning, still havent seen the Clottey fight but hearing of a lot of people that Zab took a lot of rounds and made it tough going for him. If this is the case then I would have picked about the same in the Mosley fight, with Shane getting home by a 116-112'ish decision or a late stoppage after a tricky start.
Shane would've punked Zab alot earlier than Clotty did..Mosley would have put pressure on Judah all night and Zab does not have enough power to keep Shane off.
Zab-Shane would have been interesting, but Mosley's superior ring intelligence would have won the day.
No, Zab is not top 10 at 147 anymore. He lost to Cotto, Clottey, Baldomir and PBF. Would be KO'd by Williams, Shane, Quintana, Berto, Dela Hoya and Cintron. Would be beat by Collazo and Bonsu. Zab is at the same level as guys like Jan Zavek and Miquel Rodriguez.
