Wouldn't the smartest solution for Mayweather/Pacquiao be to allow both to use HGH?

    Perhaps, in very small doses, but does nothing to help boxers in any way. I can't find the link right now but HGH helps you increase in weight but doesn't make you any stronger. The article was about how HGH has no benefits to a boxer.

    Instead of changing the subject like a ******, why don't you answer my question? If Floyd was juicing, why would he purposely request stringent random drug testing for a possible fight against Pacquiao?
