I love the fight and have hoped for it to come off for a while now. But it seems like 80-90% of you have written off Davis when I check the forums. I know he's a bonehead but I really like him as a fighter and think he's dangerous to anybody 130-135. Would you be at all excited if this were announced soon?

Id enjoy it, but I really want it to be bigger when it happens.

I'd love to see Loma completely unify 135 and for Tank to unify at least one belt in the meantime before it happens.

I just don't want it to be Lopez/Gamboa'd, if you know what I mean.

I'm I missing something? Why does Davis have such a bad wrap? He's not a dirty fighter. Hasn't been in a lot of trouble outside the ring. What's the problem?

They hating a little cos he is one of Floyd's boys. People can say whatever but they can't deny that he has tremendous potential.

It will be 2022 before Davis fights a guy with a pulse. And that's just a guy with a pulse.

Stop it! Loma beats Padraza and it's a great win that shows and exemplifies his sublime skills. Davis beats Padraza in a more impressive manner and Padraza is terrible! Hypocrites and haters aplenty on this here site!

Pointless discussing it as there's no chance in hell Davis will take it. He's happy to continue facing bums for the foreseeable, nothing to talk about here.

I don't do those anymore. I gave up.

I love watching him and I'm not the one vilifying him. Saying he was a bonehead though is because he's talked some Amir-level delusions, imo. Basically saying Floyd was trying to feed him to the wolves before he was ready or some nonsense. It was so delusional that a lot of Floyd haters sided with Floyd outright on here, if I remember right. Boneheadery. I only know of the one out of the ring issue-the street fight. Nothing I focused much on. So, I don't get why he's dismissed and disliked by so many posters but I do get he's not coming across well as an adult for some of his attitude toward people I think are clearly on his side. I don't know. (shrugs)

I would be excited if the Tank fights Loma 12 months from now. Early 2020 would be fantastic news I'll ever get from boxing news.

Other than that, it is as bright and clear as sky in the sunny morning that Tank has no intention to fight Loma on his prime.

The issue is and always will be ..POLITICS..Lomo v Tank is the no1 fight at that weight , with that now gospell ..the powers that be will strive to make as much coin as possible , letting things mature like wine , knowing they can pitch their fighters against others that they and we know stand no chance .. I cant see any one beating Tank OR Lomo ..and i cant see Tank beating Lomo ..just yet
But if anyone can beat Lomo ..it would be Tank ..hope that makes sense

Haymon is never letting the fight happen....and im not all that disappointed because not sure he'd land a single bit of leather on Loma.

Give me Fimo, Comney or Berchelt after Cambell.
