Wow, Arum telling pac to sign or he's ducking!

Thats just plain stupid. Of course what is in the contract matters if Pac signs or not. It also matters whats in the paperwork before people start slinging the ducking word around just 2 weeks after the Cotto fight. If what you say was the case they wouldn't need Pac's signature. Pac would just give Arum POA and let him sign the whole deal for him. Arum is not there for Manny, he's there for himself. Manny shouldn't sign a anything or concede anything unless he wants to. So what your saying is that if Ellerbe worked out a 40% deal for floyd and brought it to him and told him to sign it, that floyd would sign it ??? I think not. I've been in negotiations for 15 years and the only people that sign the 1st offer are the ones that get ripped the **** off. I've seen fathers negotiate deals for daughters and tell them that they're getting a good deal. Ummmmmmmm, no. Your daddy just got you anal raped to the tune of 12K. There are lots of terms in the contract, not just money split either. I would like to see the fight as much as anyone. They could sign tomorrow, but going with the odds, thats not likely. I am smart enough to realize that it may take weeks or months to work out a deal.

 

Damn you Pac fans are idiots! There is no contract yet. There are just "terms". The terms were presented by BOTH SIDES! They have been agreed to by Team Mayweather. So Team Pac was in negotiations from the beginning idiot! They don't need Pac's signature yet just like they don't need Mayweather's. They need Pac's nod of agreement in principal so that they can draw up contracts that will THEN require a signature! Ellerbey alone didn't work out crap. No Arum could just phone, email, and fax things back and forth to PI. Nobody in their right mind would provide POA to another man unless it was a dire emergency. In this case there isn't even need for limited power of attorney. This can all be handled as it has since fax machines were invented.
