Before this fight, everybody was talking about how Mosley was going to get destroyed and knocked out, and that wasn't the case, that's why I am impressed, I don't see how that's so hard to understand? I understand that he didn't do much but what was he supposed to do? I think its easy to sit on the outside of the ring and say "He should of done more" but don't you think he knew that himself? If Mosley was more open and took more chances, he would of got knocked out. He was looking after himself and trying not to get humiliated and made Manny miss more than we are used to see and really frustrated him. Would you have been more satisfied to see him beat up and knocked out at the age of 40 years old?

As I said in the post above.

Would you rather these guys just stopped taking care of themselves and let themselves get knocked out? To you it may be boring but these are human beings you are watching fight, what do you want them to do? Just get embarrassed and humiliated in front of millions of viewers around the world? I don't understand why boxing fans think they have the right to judge fighters so harshly when all they do is sit at a keyboard or watch it on TV.

big fights like this are supposed to bring back the sport of boxing, not lose more fans! You got casual fans like paris hilton who don't know **** bout boxing but just being there for events like this. To answer your last question, for the good of the sport and to give the fans their moneys worth yes! but personally for me no, I never like this fight at all but it is already there and there is nothing we can do about it but satisfy fans to bring boxing back up on top

Yeah, I get your point but still, for me personally, I would of hated seeing Shane Mosley get knocked out and I guess that's why I am defending his lackluster performance, just because even though he was dropped, he was never really that beat up and even though it was boring for casual fans, I am glad I didn't have to sit through a beating.

I think I am on my own when I say this but, I am getting tired of watching Pacman beat up guys that don't fight back.

barrera fought on the backfoot and would try to lure pac and excahnge. much better than what mosley did but was still considered an unexciting fight back then with pac's standard fight.

believe me i can tolerate this kind of fights. i am even mad at people watching live fights booing at the boxers when they are just sizing each other up. i just think that impressed is the word for it. but if you expected shane to get dominated and stopped early then you could say that mosley did a great job and be impressed.

That's what I'm saying Barrera at LEAST tried to out box Pac and stood there at times and trade with him.

Mosley didn't even tried nothing at all but run!

Paid off or shot to shreds more like. He had plenty of opportunity to throw after avoid Pac time and time again leaving him exposed.

Bottom line is that both fought to survive.

The only difference is that while Mosley just ran, MAB ran and pretended he was trying to fend Pacquiao off with a jab that was being thrown from a distance that could'nt even reach Pacquiao.

You guys are nuts. Pac was COMPLETELY exposed. How in the hell does a purely offensive Puncher with no jab get on his bike NEVER getting cornered, jab, and defend at the same time dropping his punch count to half?

Pac has just shown us why he doesn't want a piece of Mayweather. If a guy can completely shut you down with his Plan D, WTF do you think is going to happen when Pac gets in there with a guy whose bread and butter is Pure Boxing?

Yo' Pac you better start sending those Mexican brawlers at 130+ free burritos. Those boys at 140 and up can Box not just brawl!

Clearly she isn't interested in a real man, though - proving she's just in it for the money. :deal
