He gets asked about an improved offer to fight Dillian Whyte....

Ignores the question and goes off on a 5 minute rant about Eddie Hearn.

 

Asked again he says he’s not interested in the Whyte fight.

Says Lucas Browne is Patrick off sponge bob and hasn’t trained a day in his life.

 

Says even if Whyte becomes mandatory he doesn’t have to fight him for a year or two and he will leave Whyte on the shelf.

 

Asked about the split he said it will be the easiest split to be made. He doesn’t mind because once he beats him Joshua gets it the other way around.

Says let’s go on a 60-40 in AJ favour as long as they take it in the rematch. Says even 90-10 they’ll take it as long as they get the same in the return!!

 

Says people think he’s doing magic or he’s in Illuminati the way he’s knocking people out haha.

 

Says if not Joshua or Whyte in his next fight it will be someone in top 15.

Worst comes to worst he will rematch Ortiz?!

 

Says about the body on his record comment that it was alter ego the bronze bomber.

Says he killed Szpilka for 3-5 seconds but then he turned back in to Deontay and ran over and checked on him whilst the doctors helped him.

 

That aint how it's supposed to work. The WBC rules say their champion must have at least one mandatory fight per year.

That they permitted Vitali Klitschko to avoid fighting a mandatory for over two years kind of undermines their rules but that doesn't mean they'd allow Wilder to do the same, and if they did we could officially write off the WBC are the most worthless major organization in boxing.

 

I think Stiverne was his mandatory though so he’s got a bit a time for his next one. That’s how he sees it anyway.

 

Yeah, worthless though it was, Stiverne 2 was a mandatory fight which means he's fine until after November if the rules go for a 12 month cycle, but even if it's each year taken in isolation and the time period resets come January then he's still got to fight a mandatory this year, so at best he can put off signing to fight a mandatory until December.

He just shut his mouth, and continue to fight bums and get criticized for not being interested in fighting the big names.

 

You know for some 3 year World Champions with 40 fights behind them a top 15 fighter may not be much of a challenge. Then you look at Wilder's last few fights:

14 37 32 14 5

and if he stays in top 15 we'll have to call that progress.

 

I like Wilder's fight. He's entertaining. But he fought bums for so long and now he's acting like this. *****, please. You ducked for years and now have the audacity to call out anyone on it. Joshua isn't ducking him, he's just doing things his way. Wilder can't draw flies so he better be prepared to take like a 30% at best.
