Berto hit him with some bombs and collazo smiled at him. Is berto's power overrated or does collazo have a steel beard?
Bit of both..Luis has been stunned before and got stopped because of it but generally he has shown he can take a good punch ever since.
Hatton hit him with everything and barely put a dent in him - despite a flash KD. Also, only 6 men have gone the distance with Mosley and lost (DLH twice) - so it would suggest he can take an excellent shot. Berto doesn't hit that hard, certainly not as hard as his record would suggest.
I don't think Berto really sits down on his punches; they just look a lot harder than what they are because of the speed of them. He hasn't really learned how to sit down on them IMO.
To be fair, Berto's power is a bit over-rated. Good sharp puncher, but he's not laying any of the top welters out with just one big shot. He doesn't pack that kind of special power.
