It's strange to see people saying Forrest won on a boxing forum, when he was comprehensively outboxed for the entire fight and came off worse in nearly every boxing exchange they had.
No but you've been on this board for over a year and we have no idea who you are. Have you posted in MMA yet? Or are you here for this one fight because you don't agree with it?

Not really. I also watch both and love both equally. I'm just referring to the huge number of posters that don't tend to write here often...but are out in full force tonight. Oh, and it was joke. You know, the kind of things that make people chuckle.
It has nothing to do with groupies, this forum IS NOT like the boxing forum, so please don't turn it into one. We call the fights like we see them in this forum, 90% of the time everyone agrees on the outcome. Tonight due to the invaders, it is not so.
Yeah, I can't stand Griffin, but I thought he edged it out. For the most part, we all call it like we see it around here. Then there are nights like tonight, where we get 7 threads about what a bad decision it was.

It was aclose match. Rampage land the better shot but he was to far and few with his punches. I also think many people here are confusing boxing's rule with MMA. You score take downs, sub attempts, and aggression. Those leg kicks scored. Its like a boxer winning with jabs. A few good punch by Rampage does not equal winning the fight. The 2nd rnd being a 10 - 8 was correct. From the get go of rnd 2 Rampage was dominated. He didn't do anything in rnd 2. All three judges made it 10 -8, the correct scoreing. So please stop this robbery bulll. Forest won. Doesn't matter what he'll be like in his next fight but he was the better fighter tonight.
