WOW I just checked out the WW rankings..... Has 147lbs ever been this bad as it is now?

For an old man like me who has been watching boxing forever, it's almost as if it is a different sport these days.

Agreed if we're including recent combatants at 147. Crawford would have beat the hell out of him.

    WBA champ Rolly

Rolly won the vacant WBA interim 135 title after clearly losing the actual fight vs Jackson Martinez

2 fights later he's squaring off vs Twink for the WBA regular title

After losing to Twink by KO he wins the vacant WBA title at 140 vs a 40 y/o Barroso who dropped him, was kicking his ass and was well on his way to winning prior to corrupt snake Tony Weeks waving the fight off for no reason in order to ensure Rolly, who, again, was coming off a KO loss at 135 and had no rights fighting for the vacant belt at 140 after moving up, got the win and the belt

Barosso should've been given an immediate rematch at the very least

Then Rolly losses the belt in his 1st defence when Isaac Cruz knocks him senseless in a one-sided fight beatdown

Then after beating some nobody at 140 Rolly is matched up against Ryan Garcia for the vacant WBA 147 title

How the hell does he waltz into an immediate title shot in a new division (140) after coming of a KO loss to Twink at 135?

Then an immediate title shot in another new division at 147 coming off a one-sided stoppage loss at 140 and a win over a nobody at 140?

    WBV champ Barrios

Barrios won his world WBA regular title on a hometown robbery decision vs a 7-0 fight novice in which ever so predictable the three US judges robbed the foreigner again as they damned near always do

After defending it against a crab fisherman he lost it via stoppage to Twink

Barrios moves up to 147 in his next fight and gets schooled by an injury-ravaged inactive Thurman who had fought twice in 5 years and only not at all in 2.5 years and who was coming off a loss in his previous fight to an ancient Manny

Somehow after beating a nobody in his next fight and being 1-2 in his last 3, which should've been 1-3, Barrios is paired up vs a shot Ugas who was coming off a stoppage loss and brutal beating to a post-car crash Spence in his previous fight himself for a shot at the vacant WBC interim belt

After being promoted to the full champ Barrios lost his last fight in most people's eyes to a 46 y/o shot shell of Manny who literally hadn't fought in 4 years. Barrios should be at best 4-4-1 in his last 4 with losses to a 7 fight novice and a shot to bits 46 y/o Manny who hadn't fought in 4 years, and Thurman who hadn't fought in 2.5 years and only twice in 5 years, and Twink

    IBF champ Crocker

The only reasons Crocker is champ is because of corruption and his opponent who was completely dominating him punching him after the bell in their first fight. He should be 0-2 in his last 2 fights. He has 2 wins over Paddy 'O Donovan despite getting bested in both fights albeit the rematch much closer on the judge's cards

    WBO chump Huggy Bear Haney

Haney is one of the biggest weight bullies in boxing who if he has beaten anyone close to his size in 33 fights spanning 3 weight divisions it will literally only be once and that would be in his 33rd and previous fight and even then I'm highly doubtful he has given how much he rehydrates and always has and how massive he looked in the ring last night.

He should have lost his biggest fight to an old past prime blown up 126 despite having a freaking 20lb weight advantage, a near 6' reach advantage, hometown advantage, a home ref and 3 home judges for a fight between the biggest 135 pounder I've ever seen/one of the biggest weight bullies ever vs a tiny blown up 126 who was the smallest 135 pounder in the world if not ever but once again, and despite only 16% of the 117k fans who voted in FightHub's poll, which is by far the biggest poll I've ever seen for a fight, scoring it for him, the thieving 3 corrupt as sin US judges once again robbed the foreigner.

Haney them moves up to 140 and blows way up to 165 for his debut at that weight, just 5lbs less than career 160 GGG's very consistent fight night weight, and outweighs career 140 Rougarou who is a big 140 by 9lbs

Haney then got his ass royally paddled by bum Ryan who dropped him x 4 but in reality it was at least 6 times and the only reason why he didn't get violently KO'd is because the corrupt as sin ref did everything within his power to ensure Haney made it to the final bell allowing Haney to hold like crazy all night to an insane degree without deducting a single point of giving him a hard warning, the same ref Harvey Dock who deducted a point for holding from Karen vs Boots and who refused to deduct a point or give a hard warning to Richardson Hitchens vs Lemos despite Hitchins holding all night like few ever fighters in history. Haney and Hitchins were allowed to hold to an insane degree without having a single point deducted or receiving a hard warning IIRC. Both 100% should've been DQ'd for it and Dock deducted a point from Ryan for hitting on the break when Haney had clamped onto him like a drowning man to a rubber ring for what seemed like an eternity and wouldn't let do for dear life.

And even worse, when he did warn Haney for holding he did so to both fighters when only one of them was guilty of doing so and had been doing all night/ You won't hear a peep about that flagrant corruption from the ref which 100% saved Haney from a KO loss from the'' Ryan missed weight and is a PED cheat'' crowd.

Me, personally, I couldn't care less that bum Ryan missed weight for a fight vs one of the biggest weight bullies of all time and most notorious octopuses of all time whose biggest win was a robbery vs a fighter he outweighed by 20lbs and who not only hadn't ever beaten anyone close to his size but has tried to unsettle his opponents at weigh ins at both 135 and 140 by repeatedly telling them they're ''too small,'' even for his 140 debut vs a career 140, and did exactly the same when he bumped into career 147 Norman at a fight a number of months ago

And trace amounts of ostrich would've had zero benefit on Ryan's performance when he popped dirty for it and Ryan clearly didn't even take training near as seriously as he should because he was drinking and partying throughout camp and was seen doing so the week of the fight and was going through a mental episode at the time. His gas tank was very poor for that fight.

And Haney is a SNAC fighter and most of his fans are huge fans of numerous PED cheats

And Haney won the belt at 147 with a disgraceful display of octopus grabbing everytime his opponent tried to unleash a punch. That's not the sweet science, skilful or great defence. It's female dog boxing of the highest order and worthy of zero praise and respect
