Maybe it's the angle/lighting which is contributing to it. In the press-conferences and interviews, he looked as normal as he's ever been. So him looking the way he does in that picure, is probably nothing out of the ordinary.

 

But if he get's hurt in sparring he will get hurt just the same in a fight.

Fighters use sparring to iron out flaws, it's not neccesarily an exercise to dominate in what many instances is a inferior opponent.

To be honest, you're proving to be a cancer in anything to do with an Irish fighter. Your mission here is very clear and you only got involved in this, and make it out to be a big deal because Dean is Irish. Fact!

I've yet to see you get involved in a conversation that didn't revolve around an Irish fighter, even then you get butt-hurt and spit your dummy out, if anyone puts forward any criticism.
