    Sidenote.

    Gs best win to me is beating a prime Canelo at age 35. I dont give a **** what a few old corrupt ringside judges think.

    In fact I think the Jacobs fight was more competitive than the Canelo fight.

    And yes I know that means zilch to anyone else lol. Just saying... ive stopped caring what hasty, often corrupt, official judges with a hindered line of sight and with no actual analysis, think.

    I dont rate Jacobs all that highly... I havent had a chance to study this matchup so wont be picking or betting on it but if SD is close to as good as hes talked about, its tempting to pick him.

    I agree, a couple of wins over average fighters and a competitive fight with GGG who weight wise was at a disadvantage and past prime and people talk about him like hes better than he is !

    He has been shown a lot, he is technically very good but lacking in power.

    If he beats Jacobs I don't want to hear that he'd beat GGG, he wouldn't, Golovkin would stop him.

    Derevyanchenko is a little chainsaw and Jacobs hasn't been looking his best lately. It could be a close fight. Both these guys are top class.

    Of course. For me he is the fav. Huge value. Sergey is a beast. Jacobs didn't look good vs Sulecki and the KD late was edging it, Sergey is a different level of EVERYTHING.

    But I think we will see different Jacobs this time. He will be better prepared and motivated because he understands that this fight is hugely important for him. The victory will (re)open big opportunities, but the loss will be almost a disaster... He also will not underestimate Derevyanchenko because they know how dangerous Sergey is.

    Derevyanchenko was raising his level of boxing from every fight, he developed very, very well and i expect a even better version of him next Saturday. For me he is the guy who beat the guy who beat the guy. I fully expect Derevyanchenko pulling it out comfortably dropping Jacobs several times and taking him out in the late rounds (9-12). I think most of the guys here are not aware of his quality. I mean real quality no prospect quality. The first time he steps up we will see. This guy can rule the division, i would give him a good chance vs Clenelo too.
