Wow Just Watched the HBO Special... Margarito is a Stand Up Guy

Both Cotto and AM are honorable, family oriented guys. I'm a fan of both.

 

Definately! Can't help but like and root for the guy! I have a feeling ppl are really underestimating him for Saturdays fight! I think he's gonna win. I won't bet on it, but I'm leaning towards him! I could be wrong, and some might even think I'm outta my mind for making that pick, but I honestly believe he will. Doesn't matter to me who wins, I'm just excited about the fight, and can't wait for the bell!

 

Agree 100% Though I aint leaning towards Margarito, I am predicting him to win, his moment has finally arrived and I am sure as he said he is going to make the best of it.
The countdown series could be misleading, However if you look at both fighters on that show, and if looks could tell the story, Margarito is already the winner.

 

Definately!! Margo seems not overconfidence, but certainly sure of himself and fight night he will be ready to go from the opening bell! I don't think he's gonna blow this one as he's finally here!

 

Best he can hope for is lasting more than 5 under the brutal punishment he's about to recieve.

 

I know, Overconfidence was not what I saw in the man, it was confidence there is a big difference, if he were making the mistake of over confidence well you know what happens those guys dont train as intense they tend to think it will be easy.
Margarito is prepaired for War, I wouldnt say this will be an easy fight for either guy, but I beleive it will be much easier for Tony than people think.
That is not to discredit Cotto, I just think Margarito is the more hungry fighter, Cotto has been long celebrated and has been in the spot light for a long time, and sometimes when that happens you get too comfortable where your at, Tony is the guy that can make things un comfortable for anybody, including Cotto.

When Margo was talking about his brother and that fight, it made my tear up. I couldn't imagine losing my brother like that and I couldn't help but feel for him.

You just cant dislike either guy, Seriously I think a huge portion of the Cotto beleives the true Cotto fans respect Tony, the cross over Cotto fans are only temp fans for Cotto becuase they hate Margarito, and I wonder who they were following in the sport that made them hate this man?:think

Either way both guys are classy, both deserve to be in the spotlight Saturday, win or lose both men should be respected for what they are about to bring to us.

 

:good He is a class ****ing act. He has never disrespected a single prize fighter out side of the ring. And he deserved to insult quite a few of them.
