Mayweather-Mosley - Both fight for GBP, fans calling for fight, fight gets made.
Mayweather-Cotto - Cotto leaves TR for GBP fight gets made instantly

Mayweather-Canelo- Biggest fight in boxing, both fight for GBP, fight gets made.

As simple as that. Matthysse/Garcia winner will probably be next. And If Garcia pulls it out he would be taking 2 young top rated undefeated fighters out back to back at the age of 36.

PPL comparing this to Pac vs Cotto need to stop. Pac was around his prime and looked fantastic at WW vs Hoya. Then went on to fight Cotto around the point of his career. Mayweather is 36 yrs old, clearly uncomfortable at the weight. Canelo is the #1 JMW in the world and at the highest point of his career to date.

    So to keep score.
    Pac 31-Mayweather 36
Pac fantastic at weight-Mayweather uncomfortable at weight
Cotto lowest point of career-Canelo highest point of career.

Not to take nothing away from Pac, but directed at those trying to take digs and back handed comments.

I don't agree with fighting the champ of a weight class under the weight limit. Mayweather was better off fighting him at 154 but putting in a rehydration clause of 10-12pds. Or doing the catch weight but no belts on the line.

#4 funny how its not considered a road block since Canelo agrees. But if Canelo didn't agree it would be called a road block and Mayweather trying to find a way out of the fight.

Mayweather accepted everything Manny wanted but Manny walked. Floyd tries to make fights. That's a fact.

I agree. Floyd also lets his opponents fight at their most comfortable weight.

Why do people say Mayweather is uncomfortable at that weight? The man walks around at that weight and according to fans doesn't blow up between weigh in and the night of the fight. So, Floyd naturally comes in the ring at 150-154 no matter what. The reason he didn't look comfortable at that weight is cause he was fighting a still semi decent ODH and a decent Cotto. It was the opponents, not the weight that was the problem.

This is great news for us fans.
There 2 fights which I consider to be massive fights coming up:
    Mayweather vs Canelo
    Wlad vs Povetkin

plus a few other very good fights.

Mayweather comes in the ring at between 150 and 154 which is not ideal for someone fighting at LMW.

Yes, like JMM. He allowed him to come at the 144 catchweight that he wanted it at. What's the problem? Honestly, you Floyd haters will hate anything he does. Just be happy the fight you wanted is made.

That may be true. But vs Gurerrero he was down to 148 with a month to go and could have made weight that day if he wanted to. 150-154 might be his weight when he isn't in heavy training. He usually likes to add pds when facing bigger guys to have the extra strength to fight them off from smothering him. But he is at his best when lighter.

I wouldn't be surprised if he actually decided not to come in at 150 and decide to stay more around 148 at weigh in.
