So you can argue wether Pac's belief that the blood tests would physically or mentally affect his performance is wrong or right. But regardless of that he still believes it, and considering the dangerous nature of the sport and all thats at risk its only normal that he doesn't want to do it.

To top it off, I'm not even touching upon the principle that Pacquiao should tell Mayweather a categoric NO to his additional testing requests, that he won't be strongarmed by someone spreading rumours in the media. That "He is not a cheater and should not be treated like one". That even inferring that he is a cheater makes Mayweather unworthy to step in the ring with him regardles of how much money is at stake. Which is how I would feel in a similar situation.

If I were in Pac's shoes I'd be tempted to tell Mayweather to **** off. I'd go fight the next best opponent available and take all the blood tests in the world, pass them with flying colours and put in the performance of a lifetime. But thats just me I think PAc has been more than reasonable by proposing a compromise which is 3 blood tests with the second one being random but subject to a cut off date.

Pacquiao has already gone further than I would have gone to make the fight with Floyd happen so its obvious that he doesn't see things exactly the same way i do. I would tell Paulie to **** off too. Or maybe i would fight him without the blood tests in the contract, but then take the blood tests anyways and whip his ass.

First these pathological liars and professional bullshiters tried to defend the needle thing. Secondly they tried to defend the superstition nonsense. When that failed it was "Manny gets weak" from having his blood drawn. Today it's something entirely different.

    These people have zero credibility.

Exactly, Bonds. The NSAC needs to be dissolved.

Urine tests don't detect EPO or HGH. They're worthless. Most athletes don't use the drugs which are tested for, especially since the ones that are not tested for are just as enhancing.

Listen to the latest No Holds Barred with Eddie Goldman for a comprehensive discussion on this very topic. http://www.eddiegoldman.com

and floyd has already gone further than he should have...10 million a pound is stupid ridiculous...but floyd agreed...manny should take the tests, pass them (which he will), and than whoop floyd ass if he so sure he can do it...instead he wanna beat around bushes and make things difficult....

I could only imagine how ya'll pac fans and the media would be ripping through floyd if he was the one refusing these random blood tests

If Pac cannot have the time required to take the drugs needed then the fight is OFF! Mayweather better think twice whether he wants the fight or not.

Pac is not asking a lot and the test can be taken after the fight or some time before but not randomly, because how is Pac going to plan the drug-regiment? May****er seems to think that taking drugs is easy and requires no planning - well, think again ****face. It takes skill.

Pac already agreed to a random test during his training camp, between the press conference and 30 days from the fight.

They can not force fighters to have tests if the contarct is not signe yet, and the venue is not agreed upon yet. Once the fighters signed and submitted that to the NSAC, then the NSCA has jurisdiciton on thhose fighters.

    Exactly!

That gives Pacman plenty of time for the 15 days it takes to build up a surplus of the right kind of blood cells through blood-doping related planning and so on.

I think everyone can see it is fair that Pac be given time to do this. It is not easy and the materials have to be bought from doctors in Spain, or from Andre Ward's BALCO contact. It is not easy and it is not cheap.

So show some f%$#@# respect for the skill and dedication it takes.
