    I suppose you'd think so, if you didn't understand the history of boxing.

    It's called taking the title. You do so by proving you are better. Hence, why in a draw the title stays with the champion.

    No you don't. That's a myth in boxing, that you need to TAKE the title.

    THe reason a draw stays with the champ is very simple, it was a DRAW.:deal

    Quintana takes rounds 1,2,4,8,9,10,12.
    Williams and Quintana split the 3rd (only reason why Williams gets the split is his late burst in the closing portion of the round.)
    Williams got 5-7 and 11.
