I didn't mean HIM not EM. My bad.

Pas was still fighting a shot 130er who was maxing out on size. If Pac faces a legit 135er and looks just as good as usual, then you mighr be right. But he's faced guys @ 130 who's career's were established @ 122 & 126.

I think Pac would have almost no power @ 140 fighting legit JrWW's.

i agree that 140 will be a very dangerous place for Pac to be in. But Casa fights at 135, and when i said Pac just might beat him is because a fighters condition come fight night is crucial. While i was merely pointing out a particular Pac fight that i thought would beat the Casamayor that fought that saturday..

    I'm game :D

Casa is soft bellied. Quite sure we will see Pac start off with something solid to the body, get Casa stationary and take his head off.. Or take his head off, if Casa makes the mistake of moving STRAIGHT backwards as he did a little too often against Katsidis..

    Avatar bet?

    Right on :D

I'm almost overconfident about this one. Only way I can see Casa winning is via K.O.. Boxing wont allow Pac to lose via U.D unless Casa somehow manages to absolutely dominate Pac for 8+ rounds.. Pac is too marketable. I have way too many advantages here. :!: Top it off, I'm bitter about Pac getting the U.D. over Marquez!

I almost feel dirty, sitting here comfortable knowing Casa needs a K.O. or a rediculously dominant performance to win this fight.

Nope, PAC's speed and power will be too much for the 36 year old Casa. Regarding the weight, PAC is already sparring with lightweights and sometimes welterweights. In fact, Santa Cruz, the boxer who clearly beat Casa (but got robbed) is a sparring partner of PAC.

PAC's sparring partner already beat Casa, how much more if it's PAC.

Katsidis would have won the U.D. or drawn. The trend with boxing is that the young marketable fighters, or just marketable have been getting wins, over champions and fighters that are less than perfect/ less marketable. Taylor vs. Hopkins, Marquez vs. Pac, Mosely vs Cotto.

Katsidis would have gotten the W, especially after having Casa reeling, taking some punishment every single round.. He was being touted as the next blood and guts warrior/ Gatti..

we had the same score, tally that up and u'll get 84-83 casa. and even if that fight continued that other knockdown already secured his win

not with that added 10 round knockdown, that could have been a robbery if he had won

casa did a have a good fight but it's not that he totally dominated katsidis. after the 3rd round, i have katsidis almost all the rounds prior to stoppage. i have seen casa's old brilliance boxing katsidis in spurts and clinching when he is gassed and in trouble during the middle rounds. this will help him not getting stopped by pac, assuming pac wll carry his speed and power at 135. but katsidis has terrible defense while pac is improving on it. the last fight with marquez showed this.

now i see this fight like the katsidis fight without pac getting knocked-out because of serious defense lapse by katsidis. maybe a decision win for pac.

Silvermags get over it. The world isn't a Pac nutjuggling parade and I'm not going to favor him over every fighter in boxing. :nut

In the past two weeks I have argued tooth and nail with Amsterdam and Huki that Pac would beat Guzman. There is no way in hell Valero beats him either.

I call it like I see it, and I may be in the minority here but I will gladly take a month off bet.

I'm not a PAC fan but the guy isnt getting credit lately. Perhaps the worlds just tired of his fans, but Pac's boxing skills have improved and it showed vs MAB and JMM.

Casa was fading a bit vs Katsidis and had to use his deep experience to adjust and win. PAC has experience himself and his speed and power will beat Casa.

I don't feel that Pacquiao's speed and power, especially his power, will have any effect on Casamayor. His power is diminishing at each weight class, and I don't think he can really hurt Casamayor. Pacquiao may very well beat him, but I think he would need to outwork him to do it.
