    BTW Mand the football coach has had my 5 year old nephew doing step overs. Funny as **** watching the little monster tripping himself up before he even kicks the ball!!!

    :lol::lol: yeah i gotta laugh at the little ones when they do the tricks and make pigs ear of them.

    It's amazing when i did these two courses how much you can improve our players/athletes with simple exercises. Like warm ups....they get overlooked so much but there huge part of developing kids core movements.
