That is about the most biased, bull**** comment I have ever seen. You're telling me a guy who hasn't grown taller in 20 years, is in better shape at 170+ pounds than he was at 154 pounds? I beg to differ. You need to seriously think about what you said. He isn't putting on muscle to get to 170. He's dropping fat, and nothing more, to come down from 200+ pounds.

    He's fighting at 170 for a reason. He can't make 160 anymore.

Oh, I absolutely agree. But when you've prepared as well as you possibly could have and know that you are in peak athletic condition, it gives fighters a huge mental edge. They will have the mentality to perform at their best and stick it out during a grueling fight. A fighter that has conducted a half-assed training camp would probably be more likely to tank subconsciously, and essentially give up when the going gets tough.

Like a repeat Jones-Griffin II performance? Hah, I don't know about first round man. RJJ's gotta show a little more respect for Tito's power than he did against Montell Griffin.

just watching the build up to this fight on uk tv where this photoshoot with king took place.

tito does not look in any kind of shape.

basically he looks like he is happy to come into the fight at whatever he weighs now and has not had to cut any meals .

not a muscle on him and all the extra weight is just soft padding all over with no muscle definition at all.

    dlh v sturm

dlh looks cut compared to tito from that photoshoot.

obviously a few weeks training and cutting meals should make tito a little more ripped.

I beleve that James Jeffries was in very good shape before he faced Jack Johnson. A lot of good that did him.
Even though being "in shape" dose not nescearly mean you'r going to win it shows that both boxers are taking this fight seorously. Which is a good thing consedering that rather we like it or not the winer is going to get a tittle shot probly aganist Hopkins or Calzaghe.

Right, that's all that wanted to point out. Who knows how good Tito's skills and athleticism will actually be on Saturday night? Hey, he may look great physically, while actually being rusty as **** in the ring. But I am at least pleased that he appears to have been very focused on his training and will be in at least reasonably good shape.

I still like Roy to win this one, big. I think that Tito will look very, very slow and won't have much going for him by the time he gets stopped late.
