What happens when Fury can’t outbox someone? What happens when a fat boy takes AJ’s power and fires back?

    True.

Fighters need different strategies and game plans when plan A doesn't work.

Wilder relying purely on his right hand is going to see him come unstuck at some stage.

When that happens, he's going to struggle.

So that C level Bellew can land at will until he gassed..........a complete washed up can in Chazz who was C level at best when he was prime marks him up but he is going to just walk thru Wilder..........this will be same story like the Tomatoe can crusher GGG...ko'ing Heavies in sparring but being gun shy as hell when stepping up against a blown up Junior Middle...and could not put a dent in said junior Middle....if bums can find Usyks chin Wilder will detonate it, bank on it.

I think you understood the point I was making.

I've not said Usyk is going to walk through Wilder.

I said that if he comes up against a tricky fighter where he finds himself in a situation where he can't time a perfect right hand, he's going to struggle.

You cannot just put all of your hopes on eventually landing the perfect knockout punch.

Also, noting how CW's have landed on Usyk doesn't mean much. As you know, styles make fights. Wilder is very big and needs to set himself to land a hurtful shot. He may find it harder to connect than Bellew did, even though he'd easily beat Bellew himself.

Look at the grown men crying because a 34 year old American with no skills is knocking all these dudes out who've been boxing their entire lives.

Honestly, the only person who could have a chance at negating the right hand is Fury. At 6'9 and having great footwork, he doesn't have to cut off the distance as he has the height and long arms himself, and he still got caught with the right and got dropped badly. Everyone seems to think that he doesn't know what he is doing, but he knows damn well. He clearly calculates when to throw and sneakily waits for the openings. The hate he gets is unreal, this man goes out to put people to sleep, what is not to like.

Yes, Wilder looked terrible in felling his opponent with one blow yet recieving so little punishment in return.

He should have used Uysks blueprint vs Witherspoon and had his faced busted open while going to war for 7 grueling rds.

Fury already exposed him and fury was handpicked and can’t punch. Wilder is a product of hype and matchmaking. His resume is incredibly soft and he’s already 34 years old.
He missed out on Wlad, Povetkin, still hasn’t faced Joshua and lost by most accounts to Fury.
He has a big right hand but is very sloppy and his competition has been poor to put it mildly.
There’s a reason until recently he wasted everyone’s time fighting guys like Duhapus, Szpilka, Molina, etc his team had no faith in him beating legit threats.

Nobody was hating Holyfield, Mike Tyson or Lennox Lewis. They were worshiped like Gods and rightfully so.

You know why? Because they tested themselves against the best, they fought top #3 opponents. Wilder is avoiding challenges, fights nobodies or old men. Picks low-hanging fruits like Fury at 300 lbs with a 3 year layoff and claims he is being avoided "by all the other cowards". It's BS.

That's the difference between Wilder and *REAL* HW champions. They tested themselves against #1 fighters. And won. Wilder is avoiding the tests and just talks.

Not exactly the best comparison but I see you point. Still though, Wilder could always box better.
