The reason Freddy-wAK is frowned upon by some people is because they are too narrow-minded to realize that these aren't pro-Margarito as much they are objective and reasonable. He isn't out-right calling Margarito innocent, but he is saying we should all have our opinions reserved until some conclussive evidence is brought to the table. There are misconceptions all over the place regarding blocks and guaze. I'm not even convinced the Commission know what the hell they are looking at.

And were are suppose to believe you over people that were actually there? Are you being for real when you say that...So I guess that makes a lot of people who actually have credibility narrow-minded?:huh

I think the way you and some others have conducted themselves in this thread can be described as being "narrow-minded". You simply refuse to listen to any other opinion other than 'Margarito is a cheater'. One of Margarito's hands was already approved by the commission until Nazim got involved, and that is when the whole controversy started. It is clear that were some insufficiency with Margarito's wrapping, but the extent of how illegal it was is still yet to be determined. We don't know how subtle the problem was, because this has a barring on whether or not Margarito would be aware of it or not.

I already know, "You don't buy this bull****". But don't brand those who are willing to wait it out as nut-huggers.

Damn right...If you're caught breaking ther rules you should be branded as a cheater...He wasnt following the rules...POINT BLANK PERIOD. Call me what you want but its 0 understanding when a person gets caught bending the rules...If thats the case why was he even suspended? See just becuase I dont agree with you or Freddy doesnt makes me narrow minded..Works both ways buddy!:yep:good

Its not reasonable, Margo has already been found to have done something wrong, and his trainer has admitted that they did something wrong..That means they did something wrong...Its not narrow minded to say that they did something wrong its narrow minded and nut hugging to keep making the agruement that they did nothing wrong..The only thing still left to debute is the degree of wrong doing was done...And that Im sure we will never know.

1st off I didn't buy into anything the media said...I WAITED TILL AFTER THE HEARING ON THE 10TH...AFTER THEY SAID "THOUGH IT HASN'T BEEN IDENTIFIED WHAT IT WAS , IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT AN ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE WAS FOUND," THAN I STARTED MAKING MY JUDGEMENTS...
SO MARGARITO HAD AN ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE DO YOU NOT GET THAT:deal

You might have a point if Freddy didn't have a history of being such a Mexican fighter apologist. Honestly, if this was Shane Mosley or Paul Williams, do you really think he would go to such lengths to defend their cause? He might have some great points that might be worth listening to but they really don't have the same credibility that might come with a more objective and rational poster. And his, "But But Shane did Steroids" is getting old and redundant. Lets try to stay on the topic at hand which is Margarito and his illegal wraps.

I wish both sides would declare a moratorium on this issue and wait until the final test come back. Way too many upcoming fights to talk about

I said the way in which you have conducted yourself is to be "narrow-minded"". You have criticized and condemned any other member that has tried to give Margarito an ounce of credibility.

I think it is very easy for you to brand Margarito a cheater because you did not like him from the start. There is no possible way that the deficiency with the hand-wrapping was that subtle and minor, albeit illegal, that Margarito could have not known about it? Margarito has always presented himself in a respectable manner, and his whole career would lead me to believe that there is a possibility that he was oblivious to the situation.

Let us say for one minute that Antonio really did not know about the deficiency with his hand-wrapping. Would it be right to brand him a cheater?

I fully understand that the deficiency with Margarito's hand-wrapping has been confirmed as illegal. By the same token, I feel there is a possibility that the deficiency is so minor and subtle, albeit illegal, would cause for Margarito to be unaware. I agree with Emmanuel Stewart. "Margarito is not that kind of guy".

Nobody is making the argument that they did nothing wrong. I am trying to put it in perspective. People have been mentioning "blocks", whereas that is not what they found at all. They found "wet gauze". If we will brand the man a cheater, we should all at least do it whilst telling the truth. The way HBO and the commission has handled this situation is disgraceful, and I blame them for the confusion.
