Yeah he built him up alright and set his ass up for a big fall when his fighter's talent couldn't match the ammount of hype he was getting, which makes it even funnier. The guy wasn't class he cried like a ***** after his loss to Williams refusing give the man his due and he shamlessly ducked him for a rematch by taking less money to face a 37 year old Shane Mosley.:deal He went out of his way to load his gloves and beat smaller men up in the ring as if he really accomplished something while cheating the whole time. In the end both he and Arum got what they wanted they made Margo a household name but not like they orignally planned, he's a laughingstock and his whole career is now called into question.

 

Javier admitted to the wrong doing? Margarito was just as bewildered as was the Commission as far as I'm concerned. Javier should have taken full responsibility. All of this technical crap about Margarito being responsible for employing his trainer is dribble. If he had not idea that what was being put on his hand-wrapping was illegal then why should he be banned for a year?

Take some gauze and wet it, put it somewhere inside your hand wraps, if you know how to wrap your hands that is. Next, go throw a few hundred punches. Finally, unwrap your hands and watch the BLOCK OF GAUZE fall out. Now compare the hardness of that gauze to the rest of your handwrap and let me know what you find.

And as far as Margarito goes, while he's sitting there getting his hands wrapped, you're telling me that he doesnt notice when the roll of gauze is stopped, wet gauze is applied, then the rolling of gauze continues? In order for the gauze to FALL OUT upon unwrapping his hands, it had to be SEPARATE from the main roll of gauze.

Its not rocket science if you've ever wrapped your, or anyone else's hands.

I am saying there is enough reasonable doubt to suggest that it is possible. There is a lot of confusion as to what the illegal substance was, and it was Javier who took full responsibility for any wrong-doing. Margarito has never had a history of cheating or acting in this manner, and therefore on that basis, I will wait until the commission confirms what the substance was before I rip Antonio to pieces like ESB has been doing for the past 2 weeks.

 

Because he knew...And anyone that doesnt think that he knew is fooling themselves...Plus it is on his shoulders, he hired the guy...If you hire someone to drive a truck for you and he gets drunk and kills a couple of people then YOU sir are responsible..No you didnt drive the truck, nor did you get the driver drunk but YOU hired him, as such you co-signed for him. Margo is responsible for what happened, because he is the head, its his name on the line.

No matter the substance it was illegal. And since you have chosen to ignore my last challenge, here's another one for you. Cut a roll of gauze into two pieces. Dip one in water, put on a blindfold and see if you can tell the difference in weight or texture between the two pieces of gauze.

They're both guilty.

Unfortunately there is no gauze in my possession at the moment, but I'll keep that in mind for further notice.

I think Javier is most certainly guilty of something, whereas I am little reluctant to brand Margarito a knowing cheater just yet.
