I see your point. But the law has to work this way - otherwise 'I didn't know' becomes a valid excuse. When you look at a law, you can either look at from the perspective of an individual or from the perspective of the law-givers. If you look at it from the individual's point, a lot of laws look unfair. But from the other viewpoint it is necessary.

 

Would you like Kojak or Starky and Hutch better to conduct the investigation?

You're clearly not a believer in that Margarito had no idea about the illegal substance. You've made this clear already. However, some of us have a different perception on Antonio Margarito, and that should be respected. This whole situation could and should be dealt with a lot more dignity by Boxing fans.

 

Absolutely. That is why this whole episode will most likely end with terrible results for Antonio. My thoughts will be with him, however.
