    Punching a guy so hard that he reconsidered professions was a favorite of mine.

    To quote one of my first opponents, in the clinch, "What the hell am I doing here?"

    Is it not still in use?
    Ive wrestled many times in conditioning sessions. Great for cardio and strenght.

    Not to mention explosiveness with the legs.

    Dat single leg shot. Swear to god it made my right hand stronger.

    Not exactly wrestling, but Holyfield worked a lot of leverage for pushing Tyson around in clinches in training for those two fights. He would go rounds every day with strong sparring partners to learn how to get leverage and the proper footwork to move Tyson backwards when they tied up.

    Watch the fights and you can see a lot of it in action -- making Iron Mike back up was not an easy thing, and it was a key, psychologically, in those fights.
