Don't sleep on Winky Wight, I know that Williams has the physical advantages and all of the tools ... but this fight reminds me of a fight that Winky had a couple of years ago and he handled it very well - despite being sick with the flu. The fight was against Sam Solomon ... a middleweight fighter who throws alot of punches and is very awkward. Solomon threw 1,000 punches against Wright, alot of them were blocked and Wright won a UD. I'm not saying that Williams is compareable to Solomon, but styles make fights ... and I think that Williams has a style that Winky has seen before and that he won't overwhelm Winky. If the fight goes like I think it will ... Winky will either lose by split or majority decision or beat Williams Unanimously ! I expect this to be a good fight and I do expect the unexpected ... What do you guys think?
No I didn't say that ... I expect it to be a tough fight for Williams ... I don't think he's going to blow Wright away.
What are the odds? I don't think people expect Paul to move up in weight and blowout the best he's "EVER" faced!!
I don't know Williams has 3 stops in a row and I know he's going against a D-Fensive GURU but I can't remember any KO's by Wright. (He's either lost or tied the last few American fighters fought "right")
I think this fight can go either way ... I'm pulling for Williams to win, but Williams isn't something that Winky hasn't seen before ... and i'm sure that Winky style and approach will catch Williams off guard. I know that Williams moves good and throws alot of punches so that why I think he would win ... or make Winky fight like Bernard did. This is going to be one of Winky's best fights in my opinion win or lose !!
