I was playing around with a friend and punched him in the arm with a fairly decent amount of strength. . my wrist bent in a < type of way (bottom diagonal being my forearm top diagonal being my fist) and ever since then theres a pain in my wrist (the angle i guess you can say of the <)

What happened was i punched but only connected with the pinky knuckle and my wrist bent. . i have a pain when ever i try to do push ups or carry something of decent weight, as a waiter would carry a tray (you know wrist bent back, like an upside down L)

anyways if you even understood my description =p
do you know what kind of injury this is? and how long it would take to heal? its been about a month and theres still some pain.

I've had something like this, except I got mine for powercleaning with inproper form. I think I know your pain, it just took it easy on my wrist and wrapped it. that's the only advice I could give to you

I did the same throwing a right hook or looping right (forget which now) on the heavybag. The ***** of it is that I did the SAME EXACT THING on the SAME ****ING BAG a month or so ago. It's worse this time, though. Take it easy, use hot water on your wrist to get blood flowing and don't hit hard with it. If you must spar and/or work the bag, throw straight punches. Cheers man, good luck.
