When I throw punches with my right hand I’m getting pains in my wrists especially when I punch through the knuckles
Feels like the ligaments , I train twice a week
And am wondering do I stop being a fanny and grit my teeth and eventually it will get better or
Do I need to rest it got a while ? It’s annoying more than anything because I can’t give it my all
I’ve got my hands fully wrapped and wearing 16oz
Gloves so not sure I can protect them much more

You have to stop and wait for it to heal otherwise it's not going to get any better.

What was said. I also found that using tape between the fingers both hands and then twice around the handpalm while fingers is spread wide open helped a huge amount towards much less pain and eventually now no pain. I still wraped my hands with conventional 4m wraps as well. But let it mend for a while and then try the tape. Good luck

    Buy a gyro ball.
    Look it up!
It will fix most any arm problem in two weeks if you use it twice a day.
