I was midway through my second set of military press the other day and when I went up to lock my elbow for the rep I heard/felt a kind of loud "pop" on my wrist and it began hurting. It wasn't terrible, so I finished my last set and then did my power cleans. I took a few IB profuens and the rest of the day wasn't so bad. However, I awoke this morning to discover I can hardly rotate the joint without causing pain. Should I see a doctor? Or can someone remedy me another solution.
Alright thanks. It's not hurting so much right now, hopefully it isn't too serious. How long can I expect it to be painful?
