This doesn't pertain to me but trying to find some help for my teammate. He had a hair-line fracture on a specific bone in his wrist, one that is very small but important to the structure(think the one that turns or closes the hand). The injury has healed but he still has a lot of trouble going full force, doing push-ups, things related to putting pressure on the wrist cause it to hurt. Any suggestions on stretches/exercises to help him overcome this?
Problem could be anywhere along the line, line has had a shock, could be below or above the elbow or the source 4th and 5th vertebra, get it looked at
He has had it looked at. It is healed and the damage was originally in his wrist. Just trying to figure out ways to help him strengthen it so he can get back to full intensity training.
