Writers perspective on PBF vs Cotto

    amazing what a win over Zab Judah can do for certain fighters....Now Cotto is the Warrior KING, would beat everyone to ever put on boxing gloves........I dont think that Cotto would beat the old guys-Shane-Oscar and such. And I know for pretty damn sure that he would beat Floyd, that is a different world then fighting Judah.

    PS I recall all these very same stuff being said about oscar when Floyd signed to fight him. My question is what would be the excuse for not giving Floyd credit for beatting Cotto, which would turn out to be a Hokpins Tito II:good

    I believe Cotto still possess a good chance of beating Mayweather, Jr even at this point.

    Actually, yes, Cotto is a difficult stylistic package for Mayweather. Wouldn't pick him to win, but Cotto doesn't have huge technical flaws that Mayweather can take advantage of and can apply the kind of educated, methodical pressuer that gives him trouble.
