Writing off a guy who is only 30 years old, has only two losses, one of those to the heavyweight champion of the world who has not lost a fight in 7 years. The other loss to the IBO cruiserweight champion and that loss was 7 years ago.

I will add that I am clearly a haye hater but I see no reason he can not continue to fight, build back a strong win base and again take a shot at the title 2 years from now. He needs to be active ( at least 3 fights a year) and he needs to fight top 10 fighters.

Aside from all the bad feelings from the haye haters as well as the haye nuthuggers how can you even say the guy needs to retire now?

Haye is not going anywhere just yet, and even after this loss, I think is still top four/five heavyweight.

Even after getting a decision loss to Wlad, Haye still marked Wlad up more than anyone in quite a while. He also was able to slip the jab MUCH better than just about anyone Wlad has faced, ever. And he is amazingly hard to hit, not to mention having power and speed unlike anyone NOT named Kllitscko.

And as you said, only has two losses, one being to one of the best two heavies in the sport.

Yeah, Haye is a washed up has been who should bow out, given how he's so lacking and past it. LOL

I would love to see him fight Adamack after he loses to old Vitali. A fight with Eddie Chambers, Peter or Areola would also be good.

I also hate when fighters are written off after a loss. No need to write this man off, let's see how he handles himself on the comeback trail.
