You can't say that. Huck had a very close fight vs. Povetkin who as of now was a far more accomplished and skilled amateur than Usyk and that was at SHW. Povetkin beat the like of the older Pulev, Cammarelle in the amatuers. Povetkin has also fought good fighters in the Pros, but has lost some motivation.
Povetkin did deserve to lose, but fought horribly against Huck. I don't think Usyk beating Huck is out of the question, at all - especially where Usyk already looks to have embodied a pro style while still technically an amateur.
