    Gvozdyk is lancing his jab out into the extended left glove of Benchabla, knocking it down and free of his path. Gvozdyk looks to put the right cross behind it but can't find Benchabla as he sways back and slaps in counter. Long jabs snapped at the elbow by Benchabla. Whipping right behind the ear by Benchabla, falling in to clinch. He bops Gvozdyk atop the head with another right hand arced up high before crashing down as he collapses into him with another clinch.

    Judges 1 & 2 gave it 10-9 to Gvozdyk and have it 19-19 overall.

    Judge 3 gave it 10-9 to Benchabla and has it 19-19 overall.

    :lol: 1 & 2 disagreed with 3 on both rounds, in opposite directions.

    Gave that one to Gvozdyk as did two of the judges. I think he would be able to get more of an edge working at midrange/inside than on the outside.

    I thought that was a clear Ukraine round and the only judge who had Gvozdyk in the first gave it Benchabla???

    Gvozdyk is leaning away from Benchabla's reach-in 1-2s and rowboat oar right hands, getting brushed across the face by some but coming back with straight counters. Benchabla falls in, holds, then backs out to range where he can drop in light blows. Gvozdyk advances with his guard up and throws straight jabs. Counter hook by Gvozdyk as Benchabla dusts the top of his head with light shots. Benchabla is rocked on his heels while circling away, barely clipped at the end of a left hook, more balance than being hurt.

    Judge 3 gave it 10-9 to Gvozdyk and has it 29-28 to Gvozdyk overall.

    All of the teams have had hometown judging in these playoffs except for Ukraine tonight, if anything its favourable for Italy ffs.

    Gvozdyk is landing the straight line drive right as Benchabla lets his upper body sway in the breeze, dropping in gong beaters while yanking himself straight back or holding as defensive measures. The ref is threatening a point deduction on Benchabla.

    All three judges gave it 10-9 to Gvozdyk.

    Judges 1 & 2 have it 38-38 overall.

    Judge 3 has it 39-37 to Gvozdyk overall.

    You saw Anatoly Lomachenko motion for Gvozdyk to throw the uppercut, as soon as he started doing it he took over the round.
