I'm watching Donovan's win against Stankovic and have no clue why the UK didnt have him on their team he's way way better than Maxwell or Taylor, maybe even better than Nevin considering the size factor.

Ya Lomachenko seems adamant about signing with a US promoter because thats where all the best boxers in his weight range are. No idea about Usyk but i dont think signing with a american promoter would be in his best interest as a CW or more likely HW. K2 or Sauerland would be best imo.

Agreed but with his success against SHW's in WSB i suspect he'll go straight to HW in the pros. GB or Top Rank for a HW is inconceivable, the only HW American "ish" promoters are Main Events or Artie Pellulo/Kirill Pchelnikov that Glazkov is with who Usyk knows from the National team.

its on his site, he said it after the fight last night!!! and he will be looking for an american promoter hopefully as all the best fighters around his weight are with american promoters!!! Usyk i think has been signed to K2 promotions but i am not too sure how true that is!!!

Just checked it, definitively says he's going pro now, beautiful. Didn't realize he had a hand injury going into yesterday's fight, he's there for his team (when his Sister's lazy ****ing BF can't be bothered to make weight ffs)

tbf i think Berynchiks last fight took a lot out of him i believe, its hard to keep training after the fight he had!!! But Lomachenko truly showed his class and you would never think he had an injured hand and he showed how much his team means to him!!! cant wait to see him in the pro ring :bbb

    Has he been injured?

Is he going pro with the other Ukrainian Olympians?

:-( He's tailor made for the professional game, that is a real shame.

Excellent fight, you could score that to either guy because the rounds were all fairly close

Very close fight 5th could go either way but Butsenko won't get it.

Some hometown judging with Zhakupov winning 4-1 on two judges cards, 3-2 either way is valid, the official cards are not. Someone needs to teach Butsenko to move his ****ing head after punching.

Sounds like Khytrov wants to fight at another Olympics, if he does he'll be 26 so there would still be time for a pro career but i am definitely disappointed he isnt going pro now.
