    There is such a thing as a close and competitive shutout, just to remind everyone.

    Some people seem to think when the action isn't one-sided you should "throw one guy a bone" (the one coming up just short round after round) here and there by giving him a close one he maybe doesn't really deserve. That's nonsense.

    Nah, I heard them comment "Oops, shouldn't have been showboating there, got caught".

    They mentioned whenever Conlan got the big right hand up top.

    They did neglect his body work, though. I'll give you that. He did sneak in a fair amount.

    Good fight that, Selby a quality operator, I thought going into the Olympics he was the best of the British amatuer lot, was unlucky to run into a talent as good as Ramirez

    Calic is covering up, crossing his arms over his face, throwing chopping rights as Ward keeps the right jab on a paddle-ball string between his eyes. Slow left hooks by Calic, missing. Ward squats and curls a right into the body. Nice combos downstairs by Ward. Calic has slowed his output even more as a result, pushing a slow left jab.
