Castillo wasn't a good JWW. It was pretty obvious when he got a gift against Ngoudjo.

His records is better than many that are already in there and many that will follow after him . Tszyu is actually one of the better inductees.

freddy just has some unresolved emotional issues in regards to Tszyu. Think of this thread as psychotherapy a.k.a talking therapy for freddy-wak.

    Troll.

A top 10 all time Russian amatuer and absolutley a HoF calibre fighter.

Seriously, the guy fought more current or former world champion oppoenents in his era save Roy Jones and Oscar De La Hoya.

You'll never hear Kostya Tszyu refer to himself as "great", he's too modest for that. And to be honest, sitting on a ton of money, with interests in business outside of boxing, with a family and a beautiful wife and being beloved in both Australia and Russia, I don't think Kostya gives a **** what anyone thinks of his career. He was champion, a great champion, who in his prime was very, very dangerous. I can't blame him for just saying **** it after the Hatton fight.

i can't blame him neither..he wasn't the one that voted himself into the HOF.....
but come on..first ballot ??? that's like putting him right up with pac, floyd, oscar, tito etc etc.....and that's just wrong IMO

Floyd is actively avoiding fighting the best competition for him at the moment. At the time Kostya won the undisputed championship at 140, Zab was the best competition there. And I think a lot of people forget before the second Sharmba Mitchell fight how many people expected Sharmba to beat Kostya and box circles around him because of KT's injuries.

bro..regardless of what anyone says, that's still sharmba mitchell your talking about...possibly the 2nd best name on kostyas resume.....which IMO is weak

at that time, 140 wasn't even that deep...and when a major challenge reached kostya, he lost and retired.....

    I fixed that for you.

I should also add that I worked out at the same gym in MD that Sharmba would come in to, knew his trainer pretty well. Sharmba isn't a chump. None of those guys at that level are. Was he an all time great? No. But Sharmba was a very good fighter in his time.
