Tszyu is pretty tiny. I've met him.

He was a lightweight in the Amatuers so 140 was always his perfect weight.

Look at Hatton - a monster at 140, no 147lber....

 

Tzyu was tied up in lawsuits in which he ultimately lost millions and was effectively hog tied to Bill Mordey thus no Phillips rematch in time.

Completely overlooked by those hating - its these intangibles that never come out when you have biased posters trying to compare head to head whilst losing any relevancy to the topic.

There are a lot of average Mexican champions in the Hall already. IBHOF will look far more respectable when Tszyu gets in than before.

All the above guys were either wieght drained at that weight Manny, Oscar, SSM, Very big for that Weight Bhop, Tito etc.. or simply better then Kostya

Not all the guys above unified their divisions as well or moved up for other reasons, not able to make weight etc....

The guys that ruled their division with an iron fist then moves up to face a bigger chalenge are quite far the best. Duran etc...

I would say that all of the above would be ranked higher than Kostya, but he is still a great.

In saying three of the above boxers did not give Kostya a chance to be able to beat them as they chose not to face him, for diferent reasons. Not saying he beats them , but he would be in with a chance.
