My workout usually has me there about an hour. If I go on the bicycle for a half hour or more, then that on top.
Appart from what you wrote: warm-up, stretch, padwork with my coach, and quite a bit of sparring. At the end of training, some circuit training and floorwork. Add all that together and you get 2 hours.
i do a warm up for a good 10 mins, then we do circuits for a solid 40 mins (rope burst, exercise, rope burst, exercise etc.) recovering from that we take about 5 minutes then we go and do rounds usually 6x 3 min on speed bag, focus pads, heavybag,or bobbing and weaving drills i usually like to do about 3x3 rounds of sparring at the end of each session and then i skip and stretch for around 10 mins. thats about 2 hours.
oooo well i dnot warmup or stretch lol. i do padwork and sparring i forgot that. and citcuit training and flloorwork i do at different times so i guess if u cccoundt all my working out and **** i do like 4hrs day
You're meant to be a boxer yet you forgot you do sparring and pad work as part of your training? :huh Also, you don't do a warmup or stretch? Not very smart you be...
Warm up for probably half an hour. Shadow box for 15 minutes. Then use the heavybag for four rounds; pads for four rounds; floor to ceiling for two rounds. Do ab/pushup/chinup circuits that takes close to 15mins. Then skip for 15 minutes and thats me done. That usually takes me close to 2hrs. Thats on nights when i dont spar. If i spar, i dont use the heavybag, pads or floor to ceiling and spar instead.
Firstly as warm up, jogging around the room, side-stepping, knee raises and other stuff. Sometimes, sprints thrown in down one side of the room. Next, 3 rounds shadowboxing. After that, we'll be given pad work or specific drills for techniques our coach wants us to improve on, for a few rounds. Next, sparring, sometimes full, sometimes 1 attacks/1 defends, sometimes left only, and so on. This goes on for many rounds. Next, either skipping or bag work for 2-3 rounds, or some crazy exercises or games or something, sometimes medicine ball stuff. Finally, some pushups, sit-ups, and stretches.
6 round shadow 3 with 2kg weights 6 rounds double end 4 bag 2 speedbag 6 skipping 4 pads because i dont fight no more i give the newbys a rolling move about so about half an hour evading punches n i might do a couple of rounds hard sparring if somones got a fight comin up 2 circuits its about 3 hour including warm up
Why do you not fight anymore? That's a lot of training considering you don't fight - plus you looked good from those youtube vids you put up recently
My boxing workouts last about 1.5 hour usually. Lately I've been working out twice on some days again, but the other one is short and not very intense, like a 4 km "run" pushing my little nephew out in front of me on his push bike. People look at me as if I'm crazy This content is protected
Indeed It attracts women like a turd does flies though. Plus the kid really likes it. Sometimes I stop to shadowbox with him
