(WTF) Gervonta Davis CHANGED Gloves Before Entering The Ring (!!!)

Tank is an intelligent puncher, not a raw puncher. Nobody wants to use the term "intelligent" with Lil Tank, but his punches are intelligently placed. Tank is in the same class as Mike Tyson and Naz, they place dangerous punches in blind spots. They are not raw punchers

 

The best gloves for any boxer-puncher are the legal gloves, adding anything will hurt the loader before harming anybody else.

A low-IQ puncher might get false confidence from tampering with his gloves, its simply Placebo effect at best.

 

I would go further to say he is an intelligent devastating counterpuncher. I was impressed with how he thought his way through the fight. LSC started well and round 1-3 were very competitive then you see Tank making adjustments in rounds 4 and 5 before inflicting carnage in the 6th.

That's because leo is the type of guy that doesn't like to make excuses. I don't think tank cheated, but what he did was illegal and FOUL. Not to mention nobody else would be able to get away with it like that. There needs to be an investigation.

 

Fighters choose gloves well before the fight. For the information of some here, they always chose two pairs in case something goes wrong with the first pair.
Probably what happened here, something was found not right with the first pair or Davis simply did'nt like how they felt and so they switched to the second pair.
The important thing is that he changed gloves in the presence of commision inspectors.
