What did mayweather lose? You dont get it. Mayweather promotions is just a banner for mayweather to earn extra dollars under, just like what ricky hatton promotions is. How many boxing events do you think they actually host and 90 percent fund.

Don't be fooled one bit, it is golden boy promotion that puts all the money into building up the fight not mayweather promotions.

You are correct, if anyone is in the hole like you say it's golden boy promotions not Mayweather promotions.

Just to put it into perspective. Mayweather also owns his own music label for a number of years. Philfy Rich Records.

How many artists has he released? Answer is none. It just away for him to sound more important.

And Mayweather previously stated he doesn't have a problem with a 50/50 split wit Druguiao. The only issue was Manny's suspicious reluctance to undergo OSDT.

LMAO 1.2 Million is a huge let down for a fight that was promoted so heavily, and with TWO American fighters. Thats crap... LOL at predicting 4 million buys.. dude was smokin crack.

Pac >>>. Floyd inside and outside the ring..

1.2m is good if not taking into consideration the status of both fighters! both floyd and shane the most popular US boxers right before their fight and they are fighting in their own backyard!

Pac/cotto did 1.2M+ buys and none of them are from US which i think is the most for a boxing fight not involving US boxer in any side of the equation. Pac/clottey did 700k with pac the sole seller and none of them were from US.

It was a big slap in the face of GBP promotions dreaming that it will do 3-4M buys. yes that fight was the talk of the town but that's just it.

That figure is good in a sense that it will eliminate 1 hurdle for pac-floyd negotiation.

I remember floyds statement regarding the 50-50 split that pac has to improvehis numbers and that he won't give pac that % anymore. I think that was not the case now! floyds not entitled to more than 50% of the purse against pac!
