Folks, Mates & Ladies, I just reviewed my 2005 sleepwalk title fight tape at 160 pounds between champion B-Hops and Howard Eastman... As I recall, England was hyping and pumping Howard Eastman to the max before his challenge to B-Hops, but as the fight / sparring match unfolded, it was obvious Eastman couldn't truly hang on even terms with B-Hops... -(( Q: Whatever did Howard Eastman go and do after this 2005 decision loss to the great B-Hops???? :huh MR.BILL:bbb:hat
they realized he was overrated like all british fighters and he appropriately fell into obscurity. perhaps he's cokezaghe's coke supplier
He just wasn't very good...dropped the ball big time against Joppy, that was his chance to do something. From memory thought he had more of a go against Abraham..I think I felt that fight was closer than the cards suggested at the time.
I never saw his fight with Joppy....... I liked Joppy too, even though he stopped my man Duran who was a fossil by 1998........... I rooted for Joppy to beat Trinidad in 2001, but Joppy and his jawbone let me down... Than again, Trinidad was later exposed as not being well rounded / skilled, yet game and hard hitting..... bbb MR.BILL:hat
I remember everyone thought I was crazy for picking a young Arthur Abraham to beat him. Look how that turned out :yep
He took a short notice fight against Arthur Abraham after that, and lost a questionable decision in Germany.
