Was it really a robbery? Or are you people just die hard Pacman fans? Because I went to bed, and never bought the fight.

I don't know what to believe until I see the fight.

It was a dreadful, unfair decision.

    Sounds bad then.

But for me anyway, Bradley should not even be lasting 12 rounds with Pacman.

I feel that this has something to do with Bob Arum.

Rematch equals more money for him.

He knows Manny PAC is at the end of his career, he is just squeezing him dry.

Bradley did way better than expected. Solid chin and nice defense, made Pac miss wildly most of the times. Offenively he wasnt that effective, but managed to get through enough punches to win a few rounds. A very complicated fight to score. I think Bradley takes the rematch too.

I dont usually get swayed by the commentary but last night after a few drinks I found myself struggling to score it due to the fact the HBO team were gripping so tightly onto Pacs nuts. After a rewatch today I had it tough to score but It wasnt a robbery. Bradley was doin some nice work at times and landing some clean shots and they would just stay silent til Pac eventually lands something and they go on about how great the shot was.

HBO commentary have always been very Pro Pac though.

I didn't think HBO was too bad. Lederman has a hard-on for Pac, but excluding that he made some good points. Between that and the (for once very telling punch stats) they made a good point that Bradley was getting outclassed. And Pac wasn't even working hard to do it.

It was ****ing terrible, mate. Bradley was hardly even in it, for me. It was far wider than the Floyd-Cotto fight.

Pac was in utter control but the way fights are scored, round by round, this kind of thing can happen.

He just completely took his foot off the gas in the second half of the fight and let Bradley win rounds that he could easily have won if he'd have bothered.

He still won mind you but the cards don't always reflect the overall 'vibe' of the fight do they?

I suggest you just watch the fight.

It wasn't close in any way, shape or form.

He outlands Bradley, he lands the better shots, he controls the fight. That's switching off?

He did win. You just can't score a fight.

I had it 116-113 Bradley. Pac getting too much credit for flurrying at the end of rounds. And through most of the rounds, whenever Pac opened up bradley would fire right back at him. While Bradley would jab, go to the body, back Pac to the ropes, pac would let his lead left go (it was very effective to be fair) and flurry.

There is a tendency, when Pac opens up to just watch him, and not look at what his opponent is firing back.

Alot of the rounds were close though, and could see how it could easily be scored for Pac, however, I didn't see the one sided fight that most saw.

I think people are overreacting with the robbery stuff.

I was really surprised by the decision when it was announced. i was watching the hbo feed and they all only gave bradley 1 round. kellerman made a point in one of the rounds that if bradley had of upped his game and tried to do more, you had a feeling pac would have upped his game and still been in relative control. i felt that pac was fighting within himself for most of the fight.

however, its pretty easy to give bradley the first round and the last 3. Then you might be able to give him a few here and there. It reminds me of Oscar vs Mosley II. Close fights are really subjective things to score.

One thing that is very powerful is the power of the commentators. They can really cloud your view. I like to relax and watch fights without scoring them and if you are tired (5am in the morning), it's easier for you to be swayed by the commentators and come round to their line of thinking.

Ultimately I think Pacman won the fight though but it wasn't the kind of thing I would call a robbery. Same with Calzaghe Hopkins and Pac vs Marquez fights. So subjective.
