I just checked my previous posts on here, I have hardly mentioned Khan.
I supported him up until the Prescott bout, before I understood that he was a young fighter being shown the ropes, it was good to have the public interested in boxing as well. However once his pay demands went so high he had to go on PPV I lost any respect for him.

i think a large section of ppl in england identify with fighters like murray and kevin mitchell due to demographics and both being working class lads coming out of deprived areas i think many feel that if both were given the same oppertunities as khan they may have gone further then khan has,
not every1 in the UK hates him, when he went out for the Hopkins-calzaghe fight he was cheered on stage by all the welsh fans who came to support calzaghe, theres possibly more racism in england and scotland,
